To update the time on the watch please follow the steps below:
1. Unlock the watch screen by pressing the bottom left button.
2. Navigate to the 'Settings' section of the watch and enter it.
3. Navigate to the 'Time' section of settings and enter it.
4. Navigate to the 'Set Time' section and enter it.
5. Use the top and bottom left button to edit the numbers and the top right button to move to the next number. Once you have updated each number press the top right button twice to confirm the time.
6. Press the bottom right button to go back until return to the home screen.

I do what it says above yes it works for few minuets and the returns to the prevprevious time
