I’ve forgotten my password for my account, how do I reset it?

How to Reset Your Password for Shot Scope

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using either the mobile app or dashboard. Follow the instructions below for each method:

Mobile App (iOS & Android)

1. Open the Shot Scope app on your mobile device.
2. On the Login screen, tap the ‘Forgot password’ text.
3. You will be redirected to a password reset page.
4. Enter your email address and click ‘SEND’.
5. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
   • Note: The email may sometimes end up in your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check those as well.

Dashboard (Web)

1. Go to the Shot Scope dashboard and click the small grey lock icon next to the ‘Sign In’ button.
2. You’ll be redirected to the password reset page.
3. Enter your email address and click ‘SEND’.
4. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
   • Note: Check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
