How to subscribe for course updates on the mobile app

Subscribing to a course ensures you receive updates whenever the course map is modified — for example, if a new bunker is added or a hole layout changes. When updates are available, you’ll be prompted to re-sync the course to your Shot Scope device.

How to Subscribe:

1. Connect Your Device
   Open the Shot Scope mobile app and connect your device.
2. Navigate to the Courses Section
   • iOS: Tap the ‘Courses’ tab at the bottom of the screen.
   • Android: Tap the menu icon (top-left), then select ‘Courses’ from the menu.
3. Find Your Course
   • Use the search bar to type the course name — results will filter automatically.
   • Alternatively, browse through the list of nearby courses, which is populated based on your location.
   • You can also filter by ‘Subscribed’ courses later by tapping the filter icon near the top of the screen — useful for quickly accessing your favourite or frequently played courses.
4. Subscribe to a Course
   Once you've found the course, tap the tick icon with ‘Subscribe’ written below it (next to the course name).
   • The icon will turn grey and the label will change to ‘Unsubscribe’, confirming you're subscribed.
   • Any course updates will automatically be added to your sync list.
