How do I change the front, middle and back distance layout?

To change the FMB layout please follow the steps below:

1. Unlock the watch screen by pressing the bottom left button.

2. Navigate to the 'Settings' section of the watch and enter it.

3. Navigate to the 'F/M/B Layout' section of settings and enter it.

4. Scroll through the different options using the top left and bottom left buttons until you see the layout you like best. Then press the top right button to confirm the selection.

5. Press the bottom right button until you reach the home screen.
