How do you update the time from 12hr to 24hr on the device?

To update the time on the watch please follow the steps below:
1. Unlock the watch screen by pressing the bottom left button.
2. Navigate to the 'Settings' section of the watch and enter it.
3. Navigate to the 'Time' section of settings and enter it.
4. Navigate to the 'Format' section and enter it.
5. Press the top eft button to select '24hr' and then the top right button to confirm the selection.
6. Press the bottom right button to go back until return to the home screen.
