The time reverts back to first setting

Everything worked fine when I set up the watch. The bluetooth connected an all the formats easy to enter. But….  Now I want to change the time from CT US to GMT. It allows me to make the changes but it reverts back to CT US after and hour. What gives? 

In addition, it will not let me connect the bluetooth.  The phone shows the BT connected, but not the app. (have followed the recommendations: connect phone, log in, connect watch etc…

  My time allows me to put the time back 1 hour ,but later reverts back to the original 

  setting, it's driving me mad.

  I hhad tthe ssame pproblem wwhat ssolved ffor me wwas iI oopened tthe app cconnected the watch then changed the time
